EVERY MONDAY: Regional cuisine

Come and experience how the various regions of Italy each developed a unique taste for produce.Find out where and when some typical dishes were invented (lasagne, risotto alla milanese) and give them a try by cooking and then tasting the delicious outcome!

EVERY TUESDAY: Tuscan cuisine

Learn how to make traditional Tuscan dishes. Tuscany, an amazing region that hosts mountains and rolling hills, well-known for its refined wines, as well as several prominent seaside dishes.

NOTE: 
The cooking course is held by an Hospitality School which is the first WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) recognized school in Italy and operate since 1997 providing both professional programs and amatorial classes. The course is an academic course with lessons open to private customers, being aware about the fact they’ll be in a class, and not just in an average cooking school. The lesson includes a lecture about a daily topic. The lecture always includes the cultural background of the specific recipes and the cooking method explanation. The chefs are at same time the teachers of the school, professionals with years of experience and a solid academic background.
